Photographed this pretty Cessna while on my way to the Alaska Aviation Museum.  Lake Hood’s oldest and largest seaplane operator, Rust’s Flying Service was founded in 1963 by retired Air Force Colonel and WWII vet Henry “Hank” Rust.  The types of flights offered by Rust’s range from hunting and fishing to flightseeing tours.  The six-seat Skywagon first flew in 1960 and more than 4,400 were produced over a 25 year span.  This AgCarryall variant includes a cargo pod under the fuselage that can carry an extra 300 lb.  Nikon D500 w/18-200mm.
