@ San Carlos Airport, CA
September 2017
As an alternate means of transportation to the Burning Man Festival this year, an air shuttle service was established with San Carlos Airport being the nexus. Three Cessna Caravans from three different charter services were operating regularly, ferrying attendees to the Nevada desert without enduring the monumental traffic jams that are endemic to the event. First flown in 1982, more than 2,500 of these utility aircraft have been delivered and the type is still in production. Nikon D500 w/Tamron 150-600mm, processed with Aperture.
