Cessna 172S Skyhawk SP

@ San Carlos, CA

December 2021

I was at our local airport while they were conducting weather reverse operations, offering an opportunity to practice some slow shutter speed panning. A Cessna 172 from the local flight school comes in for a landing at San Carlos Airport. San Carlos Flight Center is an award winning organization that operates ten of these Skyhawks in their varied fleet of aircraft. The Cessna 172S was introduced in 1998 and is currently the only model of the 172 in production. First flown in 1955, more 172s have been built than any other aircraft in history with over 44,000 produced. Nikon D500 w/18-200mm.
