CES 2015 - HP Stream Mini and Pavilion Mini PC

With the rise of Chromebooks the question becomes how much computer can one buy for $200. HP unveiled two mini PC’s that is designed to compete with the rising tide of Chrome hardware. This Windows based alternative offers a Stream mini with a Celeron chip, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB hard drive. It comes with a two year subscription to Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud storage service for an additional 200 GB. The Pavilion mini boasts a more powerful processor, 4 GB RAM and a full 500 GB local storage. Both use the same simple design with a few USB ports and a power button in the front with display ports and an audio jack on the back. It gets by on just 45 watts of power.
