Cemu Save Location – Find your saves, we provide you the default paths and the method to find the folders and files you need
Cemu Save Location – Path
All saves are stored in the mlc01 folder, although we explain where this folder is usually stored by default or how to find it:
Save Location: mlc01\usr\save\
The mlc01 folder is the the same folder that your cemu.exe file is. But if you can’t find the mlc01 folder, do the following:
- Launch Cemu
- Go To Options (Top left menu)
- Click on General Settings (4th option)
- Find the MLC path in the first tab (General)
- The default path is C:\Users\me\Documents, but you may have changed it
So the default path if you haven’t changed anything should be:
C:\Users\me\Documents\mlc01\usr\save\
Unhide Folders
Just in case you can’t find the path because you have hidden folders, these are the steps to show the folders. Do this only if you can’t find any of the folders along the path
- Start Button > Control Panel
- Open Folder Options
- On the View tab under Hidden files and folders, select Show hidden files and folders.
Now you should no longer have hidden folders, try following the steps in the previous section to find the saves
