Why not celebrate the premiere just as any local of Merlotte’s would—with a drink in hand. Over at USMagazine, they have some ideas for your True Blood party tonight.
Check out these two suggested drink recipes:
Kiss of Death
- 1 part Hornitos Plata Tequila
- 1 part concord grape juice
- 1/2 part lemon juice
- Add ingredients to glass over ice and stir.
Blood Red
- 1 part Hornitos Plata Tequila
- 1 part DeKuyper Pucker Cherry Schnapps Liqueur
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice to chill. Strain into a shot glass or cocktail glass rimmed with chocolate shavings. Top with whipped cream.
