City celebrations in Canberra
Many people may mistake Sydney as the capital of Australia, but its true capital, Canberra, will more than prove why it’s got capital status this year. To see 2014 out, EventsACT will be holding New Year’s Eve in the City, which will see two celebrations in Civic Square on 31st December. Head to the square at 7pm where the likes of Eskimo Joe will be on hand to entertain the crowds with special guest appearances from local bands Dos Locos and Plump.
