Tiny bubbles! Get ready....Friday, October 23 is Champagne Day!! Time to celebrate the tiny bubbles of Champagne. Remember Champagne can only be made in the Champagne region of France. The three grapes that are in Champagne are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. A Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir, if it's Champagne, it's a blend of the three grapes.
