Egyptian cargo ships overturned in Turkey, sending a number of containers to the sea. A video circulating on social media shows when the ship named Sea Eagle turned sideways and sank. The ship quickly sank into the water, leaving members of the crew and people who dismantled the shock.
The Turkish Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure then said on Twitter that 24 containers were missing from Togo-Flag ships and small oil leaks were also detected.
Fortunately, all crew members were evacuated safely and no injury was reported.
The government then issued a statement in which it was said that the ship suffered from stability problems and efforts to balance them did not produce results, according to other outlets Captain G.
