Cashkaro – Shop and Get Cashback

India s No.1 Cashback Coupons site

Do you like shopping? Do you like shopping online? And do you like getting cool discounts, offers and cashback? If your answer to all these questions is YES (which most likely it is), then this post is definitely going to interest you.

I was recently approached by someone on behalf of a website called Cashkaro.com. I was offered a cashback of Rs 500 to try Cashkaro and write about my experience. Well, an opportunity to shop is definitely not to be ignored, right? So I accepted the offer, and had fun shopping. And here’s how my experience went.

About Cashkaro: Cashkaro.com is a discount coupon and cashback website offering interesting deals from over 350 online shopping sites, including Homeshop18, Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong etc. Coupon sites are getting increasingly popular these days. But what cashkaro.com offers above most other coupon sites is a cashback at user’s purchases. And this cashback is then transferred to the user’s bank account, or delivered via check.

Website: The website bears a clean and uncluttered appearance and it is easy to navigate through it. The home page displays the currently running top offers. The top bar gives you option to navigate directly to product categories via ‘Coupons and Cashback’ tab. Other tabs include Hot Offers, Restaurant Offers, and Product Deals. Towards the bottom of the page, you’d also find links to some of the top online retailers like flipkart, jabong, myntra etc, and other useful links providing quick navigation to various product categories and popular coupons.

Myntra Coupons Discounts plus Exclusive Rs 180 Cashback

How it Works: As is clearly explained on the homepage itself, Cashkaro earns commission from the online retailer every time a person uses the retailer’s links on Cashkaro to make purchases on the retailer website. The links lead directly to the shopping website and there the user can shop normally and as usual. When Cashkaro receives the commission of the purchase a user has made, the offered cashback is paid to the user. Whatever cashback a user earns is accumulated in user’s account on the cashkaro website. And as soon the user accumulates Rs. 250 as cashback, the user can request payment, choosing whether the payment is to be made directly to the user’s bank account or via check. The option of getting the cashback via check includes a processing fee.

My Experience: So, how did it go for me? Well, I registered at cashkaro.com and started browsing the popular deals on offer. I tried several links, coming back every time to try some more. The links on cashkaro.com led me straight to the retailer websites and there I could browse around at my will and select whatever products I wanted. The links on cashkaro.com had clear description about the deals being offered by the shopping websites, and about the cashback being offered by cashkaro.com over that deal. Yes, that means double benefit for the consumer. Any person using cashkaro.com gets cashback from cashkaro, as well as the benefit of the discount deals being offered by the shopping websites. So there’s double advantage for the consumers.

Well, I chose a deal and made my purchases on 22 November. A cashback of Rs. 500 was already available for me, given to me to write about my experience at cashkaro. I did not get any other cashback. I don’t actually remember what deal I had chosen, but there sure was cashback offered on it. But I never saw that added to my cashkaro account. I could have raised a ticket about it. The website states that if the cashback does not show up in the user’s account within 72 hours, the user can raise a ticket about it. So, I could have and should have done that. But then I became too busy in other engagements. And now, I have forgotten the necessary details. My fault, entirely.

Anyway, my bonus cashback of Rs. 500 for sharing my experience on this blog was there in my cashkaro account. I requested the payment of this amount. And yesterday, on 17 December, received it in my bank account. Today, I was also informed by mail that the money has been transferred to me. I got the advantage of the discount being offered by the website I shopped at. And I also got Rs. 500 as cashback within a month of requesting payment. So I’m happy.

What I wish for: I really wish that the history of the deals used was available in my cashkaro account. I would have liked to check back on what cashback had been offered on the deal I had selected to make my purchases. But there’s no way of doing that. The account does provide information about how much cash back you have accumulated, and how much has been paid, or is pending approval. Secondly, although a month is not too long to wait for cashback, still the process has scope of more quickness.

Overall, I think cashkaro.com is quite a good idea. By using it, I could find about various deals being offered by my favorite online retailers at one place. And I can take advantage of those deals, AND also get a cashback on any purchase I make. So I’m definitely going to look through the deals on Cashkaro.com before I make my next online purchase.

So, if you too want to try cashkaro.com, just visit the site and register. And I wish you’d get to enjoy some fabulous deals through it. Happy shopping!
