True Blood’s Carrie Preston is set to reprise her role on CBS’ The Good Wife as Elsbeth Tascioni in Episode 307. She was first seen in the show for two episodes during Season 1 as a member of Peter’s legal team.
While Carrie is confirmed to guest star in the episode, sources say there’s a strong chance her time with Emmy-nominated drama will expand during its upcoming third season.
Carrie’s many stage credits include the Broadway productions of Festen, The Rivals, The Tempest, and Indiscretions. She will appear on September 19 in the Red Bull Theatre’s reading of No Exit. Her television credits include True Blood and Lost, in which she appeared opposite her husband, Michael Emerson.
She begins filming next week. She is repped by Innovative Artists and Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management.
