Story: Cara starts when troubled cam girl Cara (O’Hara) struggles with her mental health. She imagines conversations that cause ripple effects through her everyday life. Cara struggles to manage reality and her feelings of traumatic events from her past.
When Cara begins to fight her nightmares, she lets the previous abuse take over causing her to break. Her unstable mindset sends her on a rampage against anyone and everyone who gets in her way.

The movie follows a troubled young woman whose previous years of abuse have bought out a darker side to her. It leads to her breaking and the people close to her becoming the biggest victims of rampage.
Best Parts
The unstable mindset created is fantastic, you can see how her abuse has taken over her. It leads to the chaotic nature of the story and uneasy moments throughout the movie. Elle O’Hara is fantastic in the leading role, as we see how her character’s mind is slowly breaking.
Worst Parts
This movie does focus on mental health problems and how things spiral out of control. It shows how difficult understanding them can be and how treating it can cause bigger problems.
Final Thoughts –Cara is a disturbing, uncomfortable story.
