  • Evaluate the damage - Once informed the insurance service provider, they will appoint a surveyor who will evaluate / assess the damage to the vehicle. He will prepare a report and forward it to the insurance company. You will also receive a copy and then you can move your car to the nearest network garage for repair. Note: if the damage is serious, the surveyor will reach the accident site not before the survey.
  • Refunding request - As soon as the insurance company receives the investigation report, it will analyze the claim for compensation and send an approval to the garage.   • Once you have received the final report from the police station, make a copy and send it to the insurance company. The insurance company will assign an investigator. The investigator will present the report and send it to the insurance company. Once done, send the RC book of your stolen car to the insurance company.

  • Send duplicate car keys and even a subrogation letter. It will also be necessary to present a notarial indemnity also on a stamp.

  • Once all the formalities are completed, the insurance company will issue the complaint.
