Cancer Sucks!

In the past 3 weeks we have found out that 2 very close friends have cancer (different types). Both are going to go through chemo and surgeries. The next months are not going to be pleasant for them but we have faith that God is with them and they are so strong and courageous in their fight.
How do you help a friend who has had this diagnosis? Prayer, obviously, but it is ultimately their physical fight. I have not experienced this firsthand and cannot even begin to act like I know what they are going thru.
