Our rental car's license plate, featuring the phrase "Je me souviens", meaning "I remember" Through the agony of burning calves, an aching back, and radical helmet hair, I managed to snap some photos here and there from our trip to Canada. After a year (or two) hiatus of not skiing, it felt amazing to get back on the trails, even if it was in below zero weather. In addition to the beautiful skiing conditions and mouth-watering carb-filled food, I, all in all, enjoyed the time I got to have with my family the most. Even if I wanted to strangle my brothers about 75% of the time (hopefully they're not reading this, you guys know I am kidding anyway) , I appreciated the extended time we got to have together and I hope you all had a great holiday with your families/friends as well! And a splendid New Year's Eve tonight/tomorrow to ring in 2014, whether you plan on simply staying in and watching the ball drop via TV, or you have some plans that require sequins and sparkles of sorts. What are you plans for New Years? Happy New Year everyone. xo Also, I had originally planned on getting an outfit post up rather than my photo diary, but all of the outfit photos we took in Canada seemed to feature my raccoon-like dark circles. Skiing for a week can surely take a toll on your body. Nonetheless, my Christmas outfit will be coming up next. Sorry again for the absence. ❤
