Let's face it! We've all faced a tough time deciding what to watch next on Netflix. Before you knew it, you spent over half an hour watching trailers, just trying to figure out if you would really like to watch this show. Things get worse though after spending so much time you didn't know what to watch.
But luckily Netflix understands this dilemma and is working on a new "Shuffle" button that will help you choose shows! The feature is currently in the testing phase where a large button titled "Shuffle" can be seen directly on the Netflix home screen, below the user profile icon.
By pressing this button, Netflix will play a show randomly based on a movie or TV show you are currently watching, or something you added to your list or previous viewing history.
The new Shuffle button recently appeared on the Netflix app for TV devices for multiple users.
It seems that the "Shuffle" button is not the only option. Netflix is already testing a few other aspects of the feature, including the 'Play Something' variant.
Either way, it's nice to know that we could soon be counting on Netflix to put together a new show instead of arguing with a friend or partner about what to watch next on Netflix.
