Can I Have This?: Budnitz Titanium Bicycle

I would love to have a Paul Budnitz bicycle. They are made in Vermont and are a work of art. They are light and have a titanium base. Price tag is “pricey” so I am asking… can I have this? I need a bike. Gorgeous!!
