Just a few hours after the cancellation of Community, the topic is dominating twitter. #RIPCommunity and #darkesttimeline are both trending on twitter. Even Hulu has gotten in on the action, using the hashtags.
Most of the tweets feature great quotes from the show, some are tweeting at Netflix to save the show, and others are tweeting at NBC to change their minds. After all the cancellations today, it is nice to see at least one shows fanbase is outraged enough to fight for their show.
Other websites are making note of this battle. If any cancelled show finds a new network, it’ll be Community.
