Verdict on Campton Manor
Campton Manor is a horror mystery thriller following a true crime author who gets asked to investigate a decades-old murder. He can communicate with the dead and his connection ends up opening the door to something far more frightening.
This movie takes us into a world where a crime author connects to the dead for inspiration. He looks to solve a decades-old murder, which leads to him learning about a bigger truth. It offers plenty of twists and turns along the way, ones that keep us guessing the truth. We enter a strange world that could feel like we have stepped into the party celebrations in ‘The Shining’. This has plenty of uneasy moments but doesn’t have as many shocking horror moments.
