Canadian camouflage design company created a material that renders its wearer completely invisible by bending light waves around it, Quantum Stealth. Unfortunately not everybody will get to experience how Harry felt when he donned the cloak of invisibility. US Military is currently backing development of special materials to make American soldiers completely invisible on the battlefield and this may be what it wants.
Unfortunately at this time, since its development is so secret that the company cannot even show footage of how it works. We just have mock ups of its effects.
Hyperstealth Biotechnology Corp. CEO, Guy Cramer, says “‘These groups now know that it works and does so without cameras, batteries, lights or mirrors… It is lightweight and quite inexpensive. Both the U.S. and Canadian military have confirmed that it also works against military IR scopes and Thermal Optics.”
We may not have details of the technology but he thinks it will be widely used for special missions, soldiers stranded behind enemy lines or cloaked vehicles.
Invisible soldiers in battle? Who would want that?
