According to Kotaku, Activision and Infinity Ward's next entry in the Modern Warfare series will be gracing consoles in November. The story leaked from an image from an Australian outlet with a poster with the now confirmed cover art. This announcement obviously takes away from the now annual Call of Duty announcement at the Xbox Press event during E3. The games director is Tweeting that much of the leaked information may or may not be true about both the multiplayer and the campaign. From what has been released, it looks like we can expect a similar style to the massively popular multiplayer formula that the CoD teams have built in the past as well as a globe trotting campaign that picks up after the ending of Modern Warfare 2. While most of the details of the game are currently speculation, we will wait until E3 to really being talking about MW3's new features. Check out the teaser trailers for each country below to hold you over until E3.
