Call Of Duty Mobile Should Get ‘Night Mode’ In Multiplayer & Battle Royale

Since its launch, Call of Duty Mobile has taken the mobile gaming community by storm. The developers are bringing a lot of exciting new content to the game with every update which has been great for players so far. This is the very reason why Call of Duty Mobile has successfully crossed paths with PUBG Mobile in terms of player base.

However, there is one more thing missing in Call of Duty Mobile, namely the " night mode " of Battle Royale.

Last year on Halloween, Call of Duty Mobile released a nighttime version of the Standoff map, which was crazy. The dark environment, with the Halloween decorations, was pretty amazing.

Unfortunately, this was a limited-time event and the nightly version of the Standoff card was gone after a few days.

Since then, Call of Duty Mobile fanatics have asked the Call of Duty Mobile team to work on other Night Multiplayer maps. Additionally, several players including me want to see a " night mode " for Battle Royale as well.

What might a night mode look like in Call of Duty Mobile?

Call of Duty Mobile can do this in a number of ways. For example, there are night maps in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, where two teams of five players compete against each other in a dark environment.

To see through the darkness, players must use the Night Vision Goggles, and they can take them off at any time. Additionally, in Night Mode, players should be careful when using the Down-Facing Sight (ADS). This is because when they aim, the laser sight on the pistol indicates their location to the enemy.

Thus, Call of Duty Mobile may include a similar type of mode, which could be a game-changer. And since COD Mobile still chooses elements from other Call of Duty titles, developers may also consider MW19's " night mode ".

Either that or Call of Duty Mobile could make it easier for gamers by including bright lights in buildings. That way the environment won't be dark like they did with the Halloween fight card.

Does Call of Duty Mobile work in " night mode "?

For a while, Call of Duty Mobile has been low-key on night mode. So, we didn't know if they were considering such a game mode or not. However, in May 14 community update, the COD Mobile team has confirmed that they are very keen to try nighttime cards. So, it looks like they were listening to the community, after all.

Even so, we can't be sure that COD Mobile will release a " night mode " for the game anytime soon. Indeed, according to their review, Call of Duty Mobile's maps are decided far away. However, if the community continues to ask for night cards, like I am doing right now, maybe the COD Mobile team will start working on it.
