Amazon have been moving rapidly into the hardware market. The Kindle range has been very successful and an advance into the phone market could be logical.
Amazon tried to buy a takeover share in RIM but they RIM declined. This has screwed up their plans for an Amazon phone for now but it is inevitable that Amazon will make a phone. Where else can their range go, they've done tablets, e-readers and more e-readers where now?
