Owner Wayne Anderson With Fresh Fried Mozzarella & Marinara

Now in its fifth season, owner Wayne Anderson says, “Cabana Café has something to offer everyone!”  He has been meeting patrons dining needs along Florida’s Emerald Coast for more than twenty years, working at Harry T’s, Nightown and Lucky Snapper to name a few. At Cabana Café, Anderson strives to serve his guests only the freshest meals, carefully made from scratch, and says, “All of the breads and sauces are made in house, and the pasta and chicken is made to order. The chicken is cut and breaded on site, and we use Boars Head meats and cheeses. Nothing is ever frozen!”

Cabana Café does pizza the right way, hand-tossed and stone-fired, and they are among the top sellers at the restaurant. Anderson says, “The stone pizza oven is my most prized possession. I brought it over from New Jersey, and it is built like a tank!”
