India's mobile market is rocking these days with many new brands joining in the race. The newer brands offer high specification smartphones at very competitive prices. This is buzzmeeh.com. buzzmeeh helps users by removing the need to look for a service center. The user just needs to fill a short form given on the buzzmeeh website to schedule the pickup of the faulty phone. Buzzmeeh promises a free pickup of the faulty phone from user's doorstep within 2 hours. Not just that, they will also give users a ' standby mobile' so that the users can continue to keep on using a smartphone while their own mobile is being repaired. The progress of the repair will be regularly intimated to the users through SMS. Buzzmeeh assures that all damaged parts will be replaced by genuine parts only and the devices will be handled by well trained and certified technicians. Buzzmeeh service is available for phones of all brands, but the facility is limited only to Delhi-NCR yet.
Further, as per the buzzmeeh website, the phones that are still in warranty will be sent for repair to their official service centers. Those devices that are no longer under warranty will be repaired by buzzmeeh's staff. Buzzmeeh also gives 30 days warranty to devices repaired by them. The website offers free pick and drop, but the repair of course comes at a price.
Although, the Services section of the buzzmeeh website mentions that they repair all brands, they do have a separate section mentioning the brands they handle. These include all the currently popular brands like Apple, Samsung, LG and even brands like Oppo, Lava and Karbonn.
