Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is one of the suspected Boston Marathon bombers. After a violence filled early morning, which resulted in his brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tzarnaev, the other suspected bomber dying in a firefight, police are conducting a manhunt for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, which has shut Boston down.
Live streaming news reports are embedded in the previous piece, with multiple updates on the manhunt.
BuzzFeed, Gawker and Brobible are reporting that @J_tsar is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's Twitter account. If true he sent out tweets the day of the bombings and continued up until April 17, 2013. The account also shows tweets sent the day of the Boston Marathon bombings which killed three and wounded up to 170 people.
In the last half hour since I first looked at that Twitter feed, the account has garnered over 8,000 new followers.
There were five tweets on the day of the bombings, including the two below:
Ain't no love in the heart of the city, stay safe people

There are people that know the truth but stay silent & there are people that speak the truth but we don't hear them cuz they're the minority

Other tidbits:
The Atlantic Wire tells how the two brothers became U.S. Citizens and the tragically ironic coincidence of the date the older brother obtained citizenship is explained:
At some point, according to CNN, Dzhokhar became a naturalized citizen. Last September — September 11th, in fact — Tamerlan Tsarnaev took the oath, too, during a large ceremony held at TD Bank Garden.
[Update]
It also appears that the older brother, Tamerlan', had a YouTube channel which shows the last channel he subscribe to was called "Allah is the One," just two months ago.
