This month, button earrings are becoming all the rage—and they also happen to be our current obsession of the month! (You’ll see more of that with our upcoming collections). But first, let me clarify a few terms:
Stud Earring: A simple earring usually with a single gemstone attached to the post with no dangling parts. Also used to call simple and petite designs.
Button Earring: Any earring that lays flat on the ear with no dangling parts. We usually reference them to larger and more embellished stud designs.
On Sunday’s Grammy Awards show, we saw the red carpet decked with adorable hairdos, on-trend colors and jewelry accents that consisted of some dangle earrings, and a lot of stud and button earrings.
