The Bulova Precisionist Champlain Chronograph watch looks like a machine. It has a stainless steel bracelet and case, with screws on each corner of the jagged bezel. The black checkerboard dial looks complicated, with a 12 hour chronograph, tachymeter and a large hour and minute hand. As it is from the Precisionist collection it uses a unique three prong crystal that makes a vibration frequency eight times greater than a two prong crystal found in most watches. The timing on the watch is precise to 1/1000th of a second and is accurate to 10 seconds a year whereas a usual Quartz watch is accurate to 15 seconds a month. The watch is also water resistant up to 300 metres. RRP £649
