'I noticed him falling, he regarded panicked together with his arms within the air, then I could not see him and heard two huge bangs.
'I shouted once more and ran out of the entrance room and noticed a glimpse of Sam on the backside of the steps.'
She described how he had a nostril bleed and so they began to carry out CPR as he was not respiratory.
Mr Tutton's mom Daybreak Staker stated that her son was 'hard-working' and had simply been given a pay rise in his new job for a constructing and upkeep agency.
She stated: 'Every little thing was falling into place for my beautiful son, he was in a contented relationship together with his girlfriend; Sam was in such a contented place.
'He went out to have a good time his pay rise and his finest buddy being on depart from the Royal Marines.'
Coroner Samantha Marsh stated that Mr Tutton was taken to Southampton Common Hospital the place he was assessed to have suffered an 'unsurvivable damage' to his mind, with haemorrhage and cardiac arrest as contributing causes of his loss of life.
Recording a verdict of unintended loss of life, she stated: 'That is such a tragic, tragic case for a younger man that was solely 21 years previous, a really joyful man whose life was simply beginning out and all the things was falling into place.
'Sadly tragedy has struck. It's the first time that Sam had been within the flat and there are child protecting measures that Sam wasn't overly acquainted with.
'He was tipsy however not fully annihilated and having the consequences of the ingesting when he has taken a visit, sadly caught his foot, tumbled over the newborn gate inflicting him to tumble down the steps.
'He hasn't been in a position to cease his fall down that total flight of stairs. The accidents he suffered had been solely incompatible with life.'
