Build-a-Bear Recall

Nearly 300,000 “Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears” are being recalled by the Build-a-Bear Workshop company.  The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports  the company issued the recall after discovering the bear’s plastic eyes can fall out, posing a choking hazard.  Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.  Those who have purchased these recalled bears can return them to any Build-a-Bear location, and receive a coupon for another stuffed animal.  They were being sold for $18 at store locations and online since April.
