1/3 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub

1 cup milk of choice or water
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
1 tsp salt
