Plot: Broken Arrow is the term used to describe a nuclear device that has been lost. In this film, two nuclear missiles are stolen by rogue US pilot Deakins ‘Deak’ (Travolta), but hot on his trail is his co-pilot Hale (Slater) and a Park Ranger Terry (Mathis). The action takes place in Utah’s canyon country a high stakes game of cat and mouse.
Verdict: High Speed Entertainment
Story: Let’s be honest too much of a story for these types of films, you just need good action, the story itself is very ABC for the genre with two one-time friends battling to stop ones greed while the other saves his country, when no one else seems to believe him. You add in a plucky less professional who will risk everything for what is right and an authority figure that will go against regulation to help the hero in the end. In the end it is very simple to follow and just plain enjoyable filled with cheesy one-liners and plenty of explosions. (7/10)

John Travolta: Deak tired of being overlooked for promotion he decides to make his own payday by stealing two nuclear missiles. Full of Travolta charm and wise cracking this is what you would expect to see from the man. (7/10)
Christian Slater: Hale the younger of the two pilots who goes to extraordinary lengths to get the missiles back from his old friend. Good performance from Christian showing that he can enter the world of action with his quick mouth characters. (7/10)
Samantha Mathis: Terry the park ranger who has good combat skills, she wants to keep her park safe. Good performance from Samantha who holds her own in fights between the two former friends. (7/10)

Settings: The Utah dessert makes a good setting for all the action. (8/10)

Worst Part: Never challenges us with any twists.
