Bulwarks of Canvas - low end starts us out chugging along. enters the clean Type O vocals nice and slow. As the verse carries on the vocals vary, frying a bit then in the chorus there is some growling to add to it but it works. Dark, doomy and spooky.
The Castle - Two minute instrumental opening and they right into the topic of the song. Great guitar work near the end. Longer than your normal doom metal song but very well done and no filler.
Down tuned guitars and crunchy sounds. But also clean, clear and crisp. They float nicely between it all.
