Broccoli with Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. broccoli
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 oz. olives, slice
  • 1 pinch paprika powder

HUMMUS INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Once oil is hot, add broccoli and sauté for about 5-6 minutes.

3. Meanwhile blend hummus ingredients in blender and mix together.

4. For serving, arrange sauté broccoli in plate with hummus and olive.

5- Drizzle olive oil and paprika powder on top.

6. Serve and enjoy!
