With only 2 episodes left, we’re getting ready to bid farewell to True Blood for the year. But showrunner Brian Buckner is apparently ready to let the season go out with a bang given what he teased to Entertainment Weekly’s Mandi Bierly in the newest edition of the magazine.
He offered five teases about True Blood episode 70 Radioactive which airs August 18th. There will be more blood and the first half will center upon Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Warlow (Rob Kazinsky). Only that whole patient and zen thing he’s been trying to achieve regarding Sookie isn’t working so well at this point.
Bill (Stephen Moyer) is going to realize that he’s done more bad than good trying to carry out the work of Lilith (Jessica Clark) so can he be forgiven in order to move forward?
And it wouldn’t be True Blood without having a thought provoking scene with Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård). And by this I mean something involving nudity. Called “sexy and provocative” by Buckner, he says we might be seeing a certain body part from the character. Hmm. Whatever body part could he mean?
Last but not least, we’ll be getting a time jump in the back half of the episode that will set things up for next season.
Something tells me this is an episode to be watched live. What do you think Truebies?
