It’s Wednesday. We’re all halfway through the week, and most of us are halfway through our first cup of coffee (with many more to follow).
In honor of this most in-between of days, a study.
According to a team of researchers at Harvard Medical School, women who drink two or more cups of coffee each day are less likely to suffer from depression.
Even better, the risk of depression fell with each additional cup of coffee (liquid happiness).
Of course, around cup five the over-caffeinated women started suffering from extreme anxiety, but I’m sure they were happy about it.
Something to think about on this autumn Wednesday. You may not be able to buy happiness. However, with a little luck and a latte, you can at least attempt to ward off the unhappiness.
