Tardis Cafe aims to be zero waste

New micro cafe Brew Box Coffee Company located within a tardis on Wilson Street are aiming to be zero waste.  Owner Laura, only makes enough stock to sell each day, meaning that it often runs out due to demand.  She also uses biodegradable packaging and takes her waste to her Southside allotment to re-use and create less landfill.

We were recommended the dinky outlet by Betty of Forever yours Betty blog, and it sounds amazing. Mr Foodie loves his soup and I’m a bit of a carb fiend so will be checking out those sandwiches.
