Bottle of Ginger is a community enterprise which aims to create healthier residents and surroundings through local community involvement.
By working together as a community, Bottle of Ginger will facilitate the growing of ingredients, development, design, manufacture and distribution of drinks made by the community.
Derelict land and disused green spaces will be transformed into growing areas which not only improves the quality of life of residents but the city as a whole.
The plan is to establish a community led drinks company with a micro-brewery, community manufacturing and urban micro farms working together to produce a range of local community drinks.
