Here at “It’s just the booze dancing…”, we LOVE our Japanese whisky! The words “Suntory Fun Time!” are said on numerous occasions during our many whisk(e)y drinking sessions.
Last Tuesday evening, Limpd and I met up with Yossi (founder of the Jewish Single Malt Whisky Society) for a few drinks at The Cooperage in Center City Philadelphia. When we started talking about Japanese whisky, he mentioned that Sammy Davis, Jr. did a commercial for Suntory White Whisky back in the 1970s.
