My Thoughts
The idea and plot to ‘Her Off-Limits Single Dad’ by Marion Lennox was a promising idea. But the flow through for the idea was just not there in the end. The character growth was done very well, and the two main characters did play off each other well when the situations put them together when it came to work.
With the connection between the two characters, I was not able to put a finger on why I felt like the book was off. Almost three quarters of the way through I figured it out. The flow of the book seemed very choppy and not smooth like most books. And not only was ‘Her Off-Limits Single Dad’ choppy with the feeling that it felt very rush like if she had to get to the end of the book in a certain time limit. If you are looking for spice, well this book is not for you. Everything is pretty much behind closed doors and in fact there wasn’t even much to tell the two wanted to be more than friends.
With the flow of the book and how the ending was put together I have to say this is a 2-star book for me. If you want a book with more flow, more spice this is not a book for you. And to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this book to many people. This book does come out next month on September 26th and will be available wherever you get your books.
