WHAT I THOUGHT
I thought Dust was excellent, a fantastic way to end the Silo series.
I enjoyed the way the story all came together in the end. Dust picks up straight where Shift left off so there's been barely time to pause for breath between books. Dust contains further revelations about the history of the Silos which I found interesting. There is plenty of tension, drama and trauma. Things take a shocking turn about halfway through and I was still reeling from the shock when I was reading the epilogue. I liked the way Dust ends; nothing is wrapped up in a neat bow and there is a hint that further tales of the Silos could appear in future.
Dust and the Silo trilogy are brilliant examples of top-rate dystopian fiction.
