Book Recommendation - Baked in Americam by David Muniz, David Lesniak

I can highly recommend this book if you are into your baking.  It has been forwarded by Rachel Allen and is full of great all American recipes, such as cookies, whoopee pis, cheesecakes, rich chocolate cakes, pound cakes and much much more. 
I love the beginning chapter which is so informative, giving you lots of great tips about ingredients you use in baking, equipment etc... which will help you get the best out of your baking.
