Got to visit this beauty parked in front of Clay Lacy’s hangar during the 2016 Living Legends of Aviation Awards pre-event.  All the new Global jets share a common cockpit, the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion-based Vision flight deck.  This is the first avionics suite with synthetic vision on a head-up display (HUD).  First flown in 1996, the Global Express lineup of long range business jets peaks with this $50M Global 6000. The Global Express 6000 entered service in early 2006 and can fly intercontinental ranges without refueling, or fly between most two points in the world with only one stop. Nikon D300 w/18-200mm.
