When on international travel, I enjoy photographing carriers, aircraft and liveries not seen here at home. Case in point is this Austrian Airlines aircraft arriving at Václav Havel Airport Prague after a regional flight, the port engine has been shutdown in preparation for passenger disembarkation. First flown in 1983, this aircraft was a product of de Havilland Canada with the designation DHC-8. With more than 1,200 Q-series delivered, the Q400 is the current production version. Austrian Airlines operates a fleet of 13 Dash 8s which are to be phased out and replaced with Airbus A320s by 2021. Fuji X-E2s w/18-135mm.
