Air Canada operates a fleet of 25 787-9 configuration aircraft in their inventory. This Dreamliner sports the new livery launched in 2017. This new retro red and black aircraft livery coincides with Air Canada’s 80th anniversary and Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation. With a typical capacity of 280 passengers and a range of 7,635 nautical miles, the -9 is a stretched variant of the -8 base model of the 787 family and entered service in 2014.
