This was my first opportunity to see a Turkish Airlines airliner, with nonstop service between SFO and Istanbul starting last April. Turkish Airlines currently operates 29 of these aircraft in their fleet. First flown in 1994, more than 1400 of these airliners have been produced making this the most-delivered wide-body airliner.
