Another image from recent reverse operations at SFO, capturing this ANA 777 moments after takeoff from runway 10R.  Reverse operations are a weather-driven scenario where the airport traffic operates in a reverse flow due to changes in wind direction.  ANA operates 28 of these extended range -300s in their fleet.  The most common and successful variant of the Boeing 777 is the 777-300ER with 810 delivered and 34 orders.  Many airlines have acquired the -300ER as a 747-400 replacement amid rising fuel prices given its 20% fuel burn advantage. First flown in 1994, more than 1400 of these airliners have been produced making this the most-delivered wide-body airliner. Nikon D500 w/Tamron 150-600mm.
