Covering the final United 747 flight at SFO gave me a chance to enjoy a new vantage point that is normally closed off to the public. This new spot was really good for photographing aircraft rotation and climbout. This 757 is almost done cleaning up as it climbs after takeoff from runway 28L. First flown in 1982, United currently operates 56 of these narrow-body jets. Nikon D500 w/Tamron 150-600mm.
