The BMW Group showcases its visions of future mobility in the shape of the BMW i3 Concept and BMW i8 Concept studies.
Unfortunately, the i8 (performance version shown) is a hybrid, in that it still runs off part-elec part-gas, which means you'll still need a MINING MAFIA to get the 'black gold' out of them thar hills, or oceans.
Maybe soon, we'll have proper SOLAR POWERED transport that no longer needs an electric mid-stage, just pure light flowing through living machinery.
