Hey friends, happy Monday! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and did their best to stay warm and toasty. If you live in the Midwest like my family, then you know how nuts our weather is right now. We went from sub-zero for weeks, to 55 degrees, back down to to 5 degrees the very next day. As a women who has a titanium rod and six screws in her neck, I have to say, that barometric pressure is not ideal for chronic pain. Can I control that? Nope! So let's discuss what I can control, my mood and how happy I get when wearing the color blush.

Blush tones are giving me life and I think they are perfect for year round wear. When the roads are all gray and muddy, muted pops of pink just make me happy I guess! Let's talk about this outfit, shall we? This jacket has been on major repeat since the Fall and by adding a stole or hooded scarf it's just that much more winter perfect. It's also great for indoor use because it is sweater material so I definitely wear this one non-stop. I wore my favorite pink sweater (that has unfortunately sold out) with my favorite dark denim. In the end I pulled in colors from the stole in the boots, bag, and lip, and was good to go. This outfit lifted my mood in this frozen tundra I call home. ;)
